TrainingPeaks is our choice for online coaching and training software. TrainingPeaks web based programming helps us coach clients remotely. It allows us to upload exercise programs and data and the client can enter (or upload) data regarding their workouts. It also has the ability to track food consumption and GPS coordinates of bike rides, swims, runs, etc. We can generate graphs and charts that track performance progression.
We have some clients that we just keep on track but not meeting with on a daily/weekly basis. This allows proper attention to more clients with less time commitment.
If you’re a client you can log-in directly from the footer portion of our B2-Fit website so you can easily maintain your training records directly from our site. Pretty cool.
